If your issue relates to a live video stream please first check your source stream using our Channel Troubleshooting Tests. If these tests indicate that the issue is with your source stream, please reach out to your relevant internal contact or the 3rd party company responsible for your video streams first.
This will help ensure that the issue is resolved as quickly as possible. If video appears correctly on the source stream but not in LiveCut, please complete the form at the end of the testing process and our on-call team will be contacted.
